Terms of Service

By accessing or using Letz Buzz (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Letz Buzz is a digital intermediary platform that allows users to discover, create, and share local events in Luxembourg. Letz Buzz does not organize the events listed on the platform. We are a hosting service provider as defined by the Digital Services Act (DSA).

• Age: You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details updated.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

When you post an event, review, or message, you agree to the following rules:

• Legality: Content must comply with Luxembourgish law. No promotion of illegal activities, hate speech, or harassment.
• Accuracy: Event descriptions must be truthful and not misleading.
• Rights: You must own the rights to any images or text you upload (e.g., no copyrighted posters without permission).
• Prohibited Content: We strictly prohibit content that promotes violence, discrimination, or "fake news" regarding public safety.

• Notice and Action: Users may report content they believe is illegal or violates these terms via contactletzbuzz@gmail.com.
• Our Rights: We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• Statement of Reasons: If we remove your content, we will provide you with a "Statement of Reasons" explaining our decision and how you can appeal it.
• Repeat Offenders: We may permanently ban users who frequently post illegal content or violate these terms.

• "As-Is" Service: The platform is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or available.
• Third-Party Events: Letz Buzz is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage occurring at events discovered through the platform. The contract for event attendance is strictly between the User and the Event Organizer.
• User Interactions: We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, either online or offline.

Letz Buzz charges a 5% service fee on all ticket sales processed through the platform. This fee is added to the ticket price at checkout and is non-refundable. The service fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and customer support. Event organizers receive the ticket price minus any applicable payment processor fees.

Points, badges, and rankings (the "Gamification System") have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or legal tender. Letz Buzz reserves the right to reset or modify these features at any time for platform balancing.

• Our Content: The Letz Buzz logo, design, and software are our property.
• Your Content: By posting on Letz Buzz, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that content solely to provide our services.

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Luxembourg City.

We may modify these terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
